I emailed the director of Cozy Cuddles for Kids and if she replies with more information, I will post it here, but for now, Regina has some cuddles for us!
When a child is involved with an accident they give them a bear to give comfort. Also during disasters like hurricanes and floods, Red Cross and some insurance companies hand out teddy bears as well so here are some pics for your enjoyment. :o)
